***Coming Soon: Beginning January 11, Trip Tracker will be the new program used to request athletic trips and excursions. This system will be replacing the current Web Trips.
In order for district employees to gain access to Trip Tracker, training needs to be completed trough an online training module.
- Secretaries: If you are a school secretary, the request must be sent via your school administrator and include the specific rights to be granted (example: requester only or requestor and approver).
- Moodle Training Login/Access:Login to, http://dpslms.dpsk12.org/course/view.php?id=940with your DPS ID and password when prompted. Once you login enter the enrollment key “trip” in order to access training. After you have completed and received certification on the online training module, please download tour certificate and you will automatically be added to the system access roster. You will only be able to view trip information specific to your school.
- Transfers: If you transfer to a different school in the district and will be requesting excursions via Trip Tracker at your new location, that request will also need to be sent to athletics/excursion supervisor Christel, CHRISTEL_GAYLES@dpsk12.org.
